I don't see what I am looking for in your store? Is this all the type of items you can customized?
No, what we carry in our store and on-line is only a sample of what we can customize. We have access to a variety of local Canadian vendors that not only carry clothing, drinkware, stationary but all other types of merchandise.
What is the minimum quantity I can customize?
Each type of item has a different minimum. Some items require a low minimum of qty 12 (i.e. clothing), other itmes require a larger minimum of qty 24 to 100 (i.e. journals, drinkware & pens). We can easily & quickly check for you to see what the minimum is for the item you are interested in.
Do you have a catalogue?
We are currently working on providing a catalogue of items for you to veiw. Please contact retail@sfu.ca and we will create a specialized custom sheet for you to review.
ORDERING
I found an item I like online & would like to customize it. How do I accomplish this?
It is as simple as emailing retail@sfu.ca! Let us know how many items you are interested in and when you need them by and we can give you a direct quote with price, colour availability and expected arrival time.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
In general, the following questions will help us to find the right item for you and your event.
- What is your timeframe? Do you need these items right away? Do you need them all at once or in groups?
- How many items do you need? Do you have a specific amount of items you need or do you have a specific budget and want as many items as possible within that budget?
- Do you want a large quantity of one item or would you prefer a smaller quantity of several items that will fit in your budget?
- What is your budget?
