We offer a complimentary pickup option located at the SFU Bookstore Burnaby Cashiers. During online web checkout, select IN-STORE PICKUP.
You will be receiving two automatic system generated emails:
      1. Order Confirmation 
      2. Receipt / Invoice / Ready for pickup notification
Once you've received the second email with your receipt/invoice, please come to the SFU Bookstore during business store hours and speak to a Cashier. Bring any form of picture ID and have your Order Number ready. We're located in the 2000 level of Maggie Benston Centre at the Burnaby campus.

Standard Shipping
1. We offer free returns for Canadian addresses. Please find our return policy here.
2. Shipments over $150 (before shipping charges) require a signature from the recipient to complete the delivery.
3. Orders are processed during business store hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Multiple Shipments
In an effort to fulfill orders in a timely manner, your order may arrive in multiple shipments, in the case where items are on back order. You will only be charged shipping once regardless of how many shipments are needed to complete the order.

Shipping to PO Boxes
Delivery to PO Boxes is only available with Canada Post, not FedEx/UPS or other parcel delivery services.

United States (USA) Shipping (Not Available At This Time)
Due to the suspension of the U.S. "de minimis" duty exemption for business shipments into the U.S. effective August 29, 2025, and due to the ongoing changes in tariffs, trade regulations and shipping costs, we are no longer able to ship orders to the United States (USA) at this time.  We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this time.

International Shipping
International destinations may take longer due to customs clearance. Internatonal shipments will incur a 10% restocking fee for returns and prices do not include tax(es). Additional shipping surcharges may apply. Please email us at eshop@sfu.ca for a shipping quote before placing your order.

What you need to know:
Online orders are processed Monday to Friday, during business store hours. If your items are out of stock please allow for additional time for your order to be ready. We will email you to let you know if your item is out of stock. We ship orders to the Surrey Pop Up store located at Surrey Document Solution office at the Mezzanine level Room 2590 on Tuesday. Your items will be ready for pick up Tuesday afternoon or the next day. We no longer supply plastic bags for our online order pick ups. Please let us know if you'd like us to add a paper bag for your order for 25 cents.
   These are three steps:
     1. Place your order online at https://shop.sfu.ca/ and select Pick Up at checkout- in the note field put Surrey Pick up.
    2. When your order is ready, you will receive an email letting you know the order is ready for pick up. 
    3. All orders are shipped to Surrey on a Tuesday.  Please wait until Tuesday afternoon or the next day to pick up.

How does it work?
After placing your online order, select Pick Up from the delivery options.  In the Note Field put Surrey pick up. You will receive an email when your order is ready.  The shipments to the Surrey Pop Up store are sent on Tuesdays.  Your order will be ready for pick up Tuesday afternoon or the next day.
Is there a charge for Surrey Pop Up Store pick up?
No, This is a free service.
