Pickup In-Store at Cashiers
You will be receiving two automatic system generated emails
1. Order Confirmation
2. Receipt / Invoice
Once you've received the second email with your receipt/invoice, please bring any form of picture ID to the SFU Bookstore during store hours and speak to a Cashier. We're located in the 2000 level of Maggie Benston Centre at the Burnaby campus.

Standard Shipping
1. We offer free returns for Canadian addresses. Please find return policy here.
2. USA and International destinations may take longer due to customs clearance. USA & Internatonal shipments will incur a 10% restocking fee for returns and prices do not include tax.
3. Shipments over $125 require a signature from the recipient to complete the delivery.
4. Orders are processed during operating hours, excluding holidays.
Priority Shipping
Priority shipping is available. Please email us at eshop@sfu.ca for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Multiple Shipments
In an effort to fulfill orders in a timely manner, your order may arrive in multiple shipments, in the case where items are on back order. You will only be charged shipping once regardless of how many shipments are needed to complete the order.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Delivery to PO Boxes is only available with Canada Post, not FedEx.
International Orders

Surrey Pop Up Store Pick Up (Located Surrey Document Solution - Room 2590)
About Surrey Pop Up Store
Online orders are processed Monday to Friday, 10am-4:30pm. If your items are out of stock please allow for additional time for your order to be ready. We will email you to let you know if your item is out of stock. We ship orders to the Surrey Pop Up store located at Surrey Document Solution office at the Mezzanine level Room 2590 on Tuesday. Your items will be ready for pick up Tuesday afternoon or the next day. We no longer supply plastic bags for our online order pick ups. Please let us know if you'd like us to add a paper bag for your order for 25 cents.
These are three steps:
1. Place your order online at https://shop.sfu.ca/ and select Pick Up at checkout- in the note field put Surrey Pick up.
2. When your order is ready, you will receive an email letting you know the order is ready for pick up.
3. All orders are shipped to Surrey on a Tuesday. Please wait until Tuesday afternoon or the next day to pick up.

The SFU Spirit Pop Up Store is located in Document Solutions Surrey Central City Mezzanine (Room 2590) 250-13450 102 Ave. Surrey BC V3T 0A3
How does it work?
After placing your online order, select Pick Up from the delivery options. In the Note Field put Surrey pick up. You will receive an email when your order is ready. The shipments to the Surrey Pop Up store are sent on Tuesdays. Your order will be ready for pick up Tuesday afternoon or the next day.
Is there a charge for Surrey Pop Up Store pick up?
No, This is a free service.
My order was missing an item or I didn't get the right item I ordered.
Please contact us at eshop@sfu.ca. Please note, your order may be split into multiple pick ups if some items are out of stock. You will be emailed if this is the case.
