No, only the second line can be customized (limit of 10 character / spaces)
Are spaces allowed?
Yes, as long as it fits within the 10 character limit (a "space" is considered a character)

How will I know when my personalized grad bear is ready?
You will receive an email when it's ready for pick-up or if it's being shipped
How long will it take until it's ready?
5 to 10 business days for in-store pickup. Add shipping time if being shipped
Are personalized grad bears refundable?
Unfortunately, no. So please ensure the spelling is correct before you submit your order!
